Called and within three rings I had Charles on the phone. He is an absolute pleasure to speak with there is no question he makes you feel dumb about asking and he is extremely thorough. We will definitely be doing further business with his office he is an absolute professional thanks Charles!

When an "attorney" by the name of charles told me the pricing of a consultation I told him I would call him back and let him know. Not landing a payment right away must've angered him because he basically mumbled something and hung up on me. Wouldn't recommend this place, very unprofessional. You don't want to mess up the trademarking process and pay for it down the line, so I will not be placing money and something so important to me in the hands of a "Bare-minimum" type like him. Put a little effort into what you do, or at least pretend like it. 1-star.

When I was looking around for a law firm to represent me, Krasno Krasno & Onwudinjo's name was given to me. I did ask alot of questions about their firm and how they represented them.
