he lowered the price to make it more affordable on top of the court fees and fines . he was very informative and helpful . Defiently made me feel a bit more comfortable in court .

Mr. Burdett was knowledgable and reassuring. Anyone needing legal services is in a tough situation by definition. He made the process understandable and everything proceeded smoothly, False expectations were not set, but the outcome was very favorable. I got in trouble with a defiant trespasser charge, which I didn't mean to. David is so nice and experienced, English is not my first language, but he is patient and professional, explained my situation carefully, make sure I understand everything I need to know, and gave me very useful advice. Finally, he helped me get my case dismissed in court.

Mr. Burdett helped me with two driving tickets, Reckless Driving and Speeding respectively. I went from potentially having a 6 ½ month suspension to NO suspension. Also, my fines and costs were reduced overall, and my speeding citation as dropped from 70mph over to 30mph over the limit. He quite literally saved a significant portion of my life. If my license was fully suspended for 6+ months a LOT of trivial things would become near impossible to do lawfully. I hired David for requesting a Trial De Novo for a traffic citation case. David was extremely helpful and professional, he walked me through the entire process, and answered every single question I had. I was pulled over by a state trooper in Pennsylvania doing 98 in a 55 and was given four tickets. (Speeding, careless driving, unsigned registration card, and for a tinted license plate cover) The trooper told me I would most likely end up with a suspended license. I contacted David and he was happy to help. We ended up getting my speeding ticket down to only 15 over and getting the license cover ticket as well as the careless driving ticket thrown out. Ending up with only having to pay some fines, after stressing for weeks thinking I will be losing my license, it was a weight lifted off my shoulders knowing everything was handled quickly and very professional. I would recommend David to anyone that needs representation 10/10 times. Outside of professional representation David is also a great listener and a great person to have nice conversations with.
