JOSE. THE BEST REPSENTIVE EVER!!!

Jose at customer service at Helbing law group provided me outstanding customer service. However, I wish the rest of the team would be as dedicated as Jose is. Please hire employees like Jose. Business on both end would be greatly increased.

I used helbing law to get out of debt. The first month I had to call them because they didn't take the money out of my account. I was told multiple times that if the accounts settled then I wouldn't have to do the full 26 months. Both accounts settled sooner than expected. I called trying to talk about my account because of the issues and the agent hung up on me. I tried to call back and someone else had to help answer my questions. They were going to charge me an extra month at the end and I made them aware that it would break the contract. I will never use helbing law again and I should have gone with the company my friend wanted me to go through originally.
