Attorney Brian Scott was ready to litigate my 3rd DUI, and i ended up getting probation and no jail time! He was there from my arraignment until i reported to probation. His paralegal Maria (God bless her soul) handled my probation paperwork and made sure my drug and alcohol evaluations were done. Attorney Scott certainly made me feel better and he knew alot about multiple DUIs. They were always fast to respond and did an amazing job to keep me out of jail and he was fully ready to file suppression motions. Godbless kitay law.

I would not recommend to go to this office. I had an appointment to see one of the lawyers and explain my case, I was asked to sent all the documentation I had in advance for them to review it. Not only they never reviewed my case in advance, the secretary was grabbing the information in front of me when I was already there for my appointment but I didn't even have a chance to see the lawyer, he didn't care to come to my appointment. He just called his secretary and spoke to me over the speaker phone. I would give -⭐️ if I could UPDATE: My answer to your answer: I was never given an explanation why you couldn't take my case, never the less listened to my story. Your lawyer only said that my case didn't fit with your office even though he thought I had a case and you advertise as Workers Comp attorneys. If you would have reviewed my documents ahead of time, you would have had the opportunity to call me and cancel my appointment and not make me waste my time driving 30 minutes to your office for nothing. I wasn't at any point "quite angry" at your office, even if I had all the reasons to be. Last thing, if your attorney didn't have time to see me at the office, why you gave me that appointment in the first place?
