David Ritter and the Kitay Law Firm saved my life. I know that sounds dramatic, but it’s true. Let me start off by saying I’m the furthest thing from a criminal out there. Having said that, last August I made a terrible mistake after mixing alcohol with my prescription medication. I was arrested and was facing 16 years in state prison. I was also fairly new to Pennsylvania, so I didn’t have any lawyers I knew out there. After accepting the reality of my mistake I began searching online for law firms. I found the Kitay Law Firm And Ken Kitay called me back within five minutes. He was very compassionate and calmed me down and assured they would do everything to help me out. I was assigned David Ritter. He was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, experienced, caring, and a great person all around. I followed all of David‘s recommendations and he continued fighting for me for the next 10 months. When it was time for sentencing I received five years probation and avoided all jail time. Mr. Kitay was honestly one of the most kind and helpful attorneys I have ever came across.. I'm not over exaggerating when I say he is very selfless and he definitely puts the people first he goes above and beyond even if he doesn't have to and to add to it he does not mind educating the people who request his help there are a lot of attorneys out there who don't do half of the things Mr Kitay does.. to end it I just want to say thank you to Mr Kitay and his team for everything.
