I would like to start off by saying thank you so much to Kitay Law Services for appointing attorney David D. Ritter to my case, he was a godsend. I was in big trouble with the state of PA in Northampton County. But given all the facts of my case and my background, attorney Ritter understood the situation, stood beside me, and guided me through the legal process. Things happen in life sometimes and that one action can change everything. I had 3 misdemeanor charges and 1 felony: an M1, two M2s, and a F3. By the time my case was resolved, it was reduced to an M2 and lite probation! My husband and I moved to PA over five years ago. Here we got married, bought our first home, and gave birth to our first son whom is now 3 years old. I was facing 2 pwi charges (felony) and several other misdemeanor charges. In times of distress Dave assured me that I’ll be taken care of and given the best legal counsel in my city. We were able to drop all charges except for one misdemeanor which is a huge win in my book. Not only that but after 30 days from my final hearing he helped me get my stuff back from evidence because the Bethlehem pd was giving me a hard time not wanting to give me my stuff back. Very proud to say I was able to make a complete 180 with my life and I have Attorney Dave Ritter & God to thank.

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!!! I would just like to say that working with this law firm was one of the worst experiences of my life. After the 3000 retainer was paid in full I was completely forgotten about and left in the weeds to figure out things on my own for a month, but one time I reached out, I was reprimanded like a child and told that my anxieties are not their company’s problem. It is an absolute disgrace the way they treat people and as far as Andres my useless ex lawyer that I fired is concerned he spent more time in the courthouse bathroom than he did in the actual courtroom. The way he talked to me through emails was completely disrespectful and unprofessional telling me he’s not my physiologist along with Ken snickering in the background while I was speaking with him on the phone. I will be reporting this law firm and Andres’ behavior lack of communication towards me not to mention all the misleading information I was given in an effort to try and push for a trial to charge more money to the PA Bar Association.

This was the first time I ever needed an attorney. When I first met David Ritter in his office, I didn't know what to expect. David was extremely courteous, explained the possible outcomes (positive or negative) for my case but did so in a very positive manner. I left his office thinking I made a good choice hiring Kitay Law firm. Then, at my hearing. David was prompt, explained what I should do & say, and (basically) took charge. He was extremely professional and I knew I made a good choice. I sincerely thank David for engineering, what was, a positive outcome for me.
