I am writing to Formally Apologize to Jay and the Abernethy & Hagerman Law Firm. I misunderstood why our document was needed, therefore received incorrect information from the state. After talking further with Jay I now understand he did what was right and appropriate for our family trust. Jay is a 5 star man of his word and work. I hope the firm accepts my apology.

Jay Hagerman JD has been the most impeccably professional, knowledgeable, straightforward and honest attorney I’ve ever worked with; by far. I’m from out of state and needed to do business in my hometown of Allison Park.
