Very informational, helpful. Attorney was unable to physically represent me because I applied for representation less than one week before my court hearing. However, I got a prompt response via phone from Attorney Rebecca Ardoline. She was genuinely concerned and attentive. E-mailed me a very important affidavit that I would need. Great job from Mid Penn Legal Aid through entire process both times. (My second time using them.)

Their resources on the website pointed me in the right place for tenants act vs landlords vs utility and eviction. In my eyes I won the case because my landlord did not keep his home I was renting up to safe living standards so I didn't pay for two months which should been at least 6 months because there was a fire in the basement, sewer backed up and hot water tank did not work. Neither of those major problems were address in the numerous text message and phone calls I had made to him. Mid Penn legals resources guided me how to represent my self and that I did. I had pictures receipts and witness and the outcome was I didn't have to pay the back rent which was what I wanted out of it. I was already moving out because my son 4yrs old was constantly sick from the sewage in the basement. Thank you for putting your panflits on line and teaching the correct way to represent myself in district court.

This place is a joke! Diana Ingersoll went against everything talking to the other party without our permission or acknowledgement of her doing this, refuse to give us half of the info we need, she has lied to us, took her over a month to mail us the order, she refused to work with us and what we needed but she made sure the other party got what they needed. She was very rude to us and my wife's children. I wouldn't recommend her to anybody.
