Fred was my appointed lawyer in a Breach of Warranty Arbitration. My car is having intermittent issues since the transmission was rebuilt by the manufacturer and I was unable to prove that I am still having an issue. I expected to leave the arbitration feeling like my issue wasn't real. Fred argued the case so well, and his expert witness actually identified the issue and why it is happening!
