Mr. Rapkin obtained a full refund for us on our 2014 Ford Focus that had transmission problems. He was very professional and honest and exceeded our expectations. Fully recommend him to anyone driving a lemon.

I bought a 2013 from Simmons Rockwell in Hallstead. Apparently there was a problem with the transmission for the owner before me because he left the repair receipt in the glove box. I was given the impression that it was repaired and it was in "like new" condition until about a week into owning it. Since then my vehicle has been in and out of the repair shop a total of almost six months (I purchased it in May 2014). I called Kimmel and Silverman because a friend of mine used them 10 years ago and they were still around. I figured they must know what they are doing, and THEY DO!!! I dealt with Chelsea and she was thorough and polite the whole time. I felt comfortable right from the start.
