I used Lance and his team for a real estate purchase. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Highly recommend.

I have worked with Lance and his team a number of times over the years. Most recently about two months ago when an incident arose at my son’s university. Lance was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and always available. Every issue was handled spectacularly and the result was complete success. 5 stars. Very highly recommend Lance and his team.

I paid the fee to retain Lance Rogers as my real estate attorney, and then learned that he can at times be unresponsive (one unreturned phone call; one unanswered email), and that his office did not provide user-friendly forms for me to use in my dealings with potential buyers. To Lance's credit, when he learned about these concerns he apologized, undertook an effort to address such issues within his practice, and--without my asking--refunded the retainer. Apparently, the secretary we were interacting with was new, and since email went through her, there may have been a spam-filter problem...

Lance and his team are fantastic! My wife and I needed guidance for estate planning with a baby on the way. Lance and his team were able to guide us through every step and answer every question we had along the way. We felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and we can't recommend this team highly enough!

Lance and his team are a pleasure to work with. They listen to the problem and figure out solutions that many attorneys may not be aware of. They are attentive and return calls promptly. If you need a business or Real Estate attorney, this is where to go. They are easy to work with, responsive and speak to you so you can understand what's going on in easy to understand language.
