Lance went to bat for us when the listing agent started to play games while we were already under contract. His whole team made this stressful process as gentle as possible for nervous first-time buyers! Natalie promptly put together offers and rooted for us each time. Amanda and Taylor made sure we had everything to close and reassured us when we asked basic questions. Closing took half-an-hour and we were out with keys to a house we now love! An fyi for those using Legalty to make offers, while they are prompt, things can move quickly in a sellers' market--they are not real estate agents who primarily work on the weekend. Lance set expectations appropriately and did exceed them multiple Sunday mornings. But while we were able to make all the offers we wanted, it does take preparation and initiative in the case where sellers have a Sunday final-offer deadline shortly after the open-house. We appreciate that Lance looked out for us legally, we often kept inspections including on the house we won, but you will have to decide how much not gambling is worth to you because it can really hurt your offer. We kept it because we weren't in a rush, but we were willing to waive it for instance on a house owned by doctors for decades who seemed to maintain it carefully over the years (visually and based on the seller's disclosure).

My transaction coordinator Taylor went above and beyond. Professionally handled the funding delayed caused by Crowdstrike. Amanda also took care of following with the bank. Highly recommend this place to anyone that needs settlement service!

I cannot recommend Legalty enough! Recently, my wife and I purchased a home in Villanova that not only required title insurance but also property legal guidance. The home had a failed septic system, and Legalty provided step-by-step advice on how to connect to the public sewer and how to deal with the EPA, as the connection was near a natural body of water and wildlife. They were experts during the home closing process and made an otherwise overwhelming property issue much more manageable!
