They take care of all the legal aspects of purchasing a new home. We worked with Lance and his team and our experience was exceptional! I highly recommend Legalty for all of your home buying and selling needs! They really took care of me and made my first home buying process as stress free as possible. At 10 pm the night before we were supposed to close we got a call from our agent that the seller needed to postpone closing. At 3pm the next day we got another call that the issue was taken care of and we were ready to go. Even in the middle of the COVID pandemic with no one working in the office full time, Legalty was able to come in at the drop of a dime to accommodate us and make closing happen at a moments notice. Awesome service!

Cary was able to get me an expungement on a misdemeanor offense 2 years before the mandatory 5 year wait period. This was just a superb case of attention to detail, and a tremendous rapport with the judge who heard the case. This guy is the real deal...he knows everyone in law in Delaware and Montgomery Counties....Pennsylvania. Highly, highly recommended for any case.
