I hired Matt McConnell Law for their business law services. My business needed him to look over and make any changes to a contract we were reviewing to sign. He was very prompt, thorough, and explained things in a way someone without a law degree could understand. His fees were also very reasonable. Dennis knows his stuff and really cares about his clients, highly recommend! My son made a verbal commitment to a dental residency program before "match" occurred. Unfortunately, the program sent a letter referring welcoming him to the program; but he never received a contract to sign. As "match" approached, he became very uneasy that all he had was a verbal commitment; and was concerned that if he did not participate in "match" and the dental residency program for some reason decided not to honor their verbal commitment - he would miss the opportunity of being accepted into a dental residency program. There are some very specific and career limiting ramifications here. Professional students know the "rules of match". Very very serious consequences if this is not handled properly.
