I had a slip and fall. I was injured, not sure which route to take. Insurance company was not returning all of my calls. Went online and went into a bingo cage of lawyers from a site I can't recall, but when Lawyers of Bucks county was googled, I was host to a vast number of attorney's, which, I received many return calls within a few short minutes. The most impressive, and most honest, to me, was Ted Kaplun of KaplunMarx. He listened to my description of the incident, non interrupting to show off his intelligence, until I had finished . (The first two firms that responded, were not as willing to be so patient) To me, that meant there was a great deal of respect to be had in what turned out to be a short lived professional relationship. I have a busy schedule, and could only see him after my work hours, which he had no issues with accommodating. When I presented my case to Ted, it was at a stalemate. Not for long. Within a few days, Ted had started shaking the branches at the top of the tree. The ones I couldn't reach. All avenues concerning approach, presentation and settlement, were discussed and made perfectly clear before Ted was comfortable with me leaving his office. A swift and serpent tongued negotiation ensued, and in a VERY short time, my case had settled. Settled within the realistic margins he had explained to me, , and much more than I had attempted to receive when I dealt with the insurance company. John Marx, Ted's partner, was forever in the background and at the ready to participate in any of the meetings Ted and I had. For this gentlemen, I tip my hat and will forever present your firm, as the one to get things done........

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Ted Kaplan regarding a legal matter for my fiancé. After dealing with public defenders and other lawyers who seem to just see me as a number, I felt vert confident that this law firm could handle my case. Unlike other lawyers who quoted me a price before they could hear the details of the case, Mr. Kaplan spoke with me for more than 30 min hearing me out and even researching on his time when he didn't have to. He came up with a fair price and was able to work out a payment arrangment with me that was easy to complete. He was always available when needed and even when I wasn't thinking about the case, reached out to me keeping me up on details about the case. I will definitely use him again and refer him out. It was a pleasure to meet and have him help me out in a difficult time.
