Don’t waste your time. Would give zero stars if I could. I found Cheryl Baffa and her assistant Sherri to be very lazy and dependent upon me to get everything for my case. I did most of the leg work. If something wasn’t able to obtained easily that Cheryl Baffa needed, it was always, “Well we can’t move...” or “I can’t do anything unless I have this.” So it was always up to me to get what she needed or else I was S.O.L. I always felt she threatened me with that and of course I didn’t want to lose my case so I would do it. I didn’t mind helping out when needed but as much work as I did I mind as well had been my own lawyer. Her and her assistant would ask me to resend things I already submitted multiple times before and ask me questions, as if for the first time, that I already provided answers to previously. It was just too unorganized I felt. Sherri would always place me on hold, or I’m being rushed off the phone because someone else is on the other line. She had way too much on her plate to handle alone but none of that should have been my problem. The amount of stress I faced during this ordeal was way more than I should have. Needless to say, I was VERY DISPLEASED with Cheryl Baffa and her teams service and would never go back or recommend her services to anyone else ever.
