I am one of the many parents who have struggled with getting the proper education for my child. My child needs were different and she needed more then what the school was giving her. Daniel Cooper made sure she received what she needed. In addition, to ensuring the school be held accountable for what they didn’t do as well. His experience, knowledge in special education and his assertiveness gave me the assurance in his work before he started working on my daughter case. He is professional, patient and persistent. I was having no luck getting any kind of help with my son from the school district. Daniel Cooper was not only able to get a response but was also able to get my son the services he needed within months. He explained the entire process to me and kept me up to date from start to finish. I was highly impressed with this law firm and would strongly recommend to any family having trouble with the public school district.

Before Daniel Cooper took my case I had been struggling to get the district to test my daughter. Daniel was able to accomplish in 1 yr what I had been trying to enforce for 2 years prior to his involvement. I am so grateful for the way Daniel advocated for my daughter and pushed to get the supportive services my daughter needed in place. We could not have done it without you Daniel.
