My family was experiencing trouble navigating the world of special education and our daughters school went out of their way to make things difficult. Mr. Cooper was very straight forward and extremely knowledgeable of our rights as parents. We couldn’t have asked for better representation. As soon as he came into our lives, things became easier and resources were presented left and right. He answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns.
