I was referred to Kenneth Cooper's office because of a situation I had with my son, who has an IEP, and his school district. I had the pleasure of working with Judy who was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She discovered I had a case with two other children as well. She jumped in and got right to work on my case. She moved quickly, explained everything to me, clarified things I didn't understand and the outcome was excellent.
