The reason they call him Banks is because he will take a bunch of money from you for no reason he charged $400 just to go to a court 5 minutes away from him...maybe he was going by private jet and was to cheap and too much of a crook to pay it for himself. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY TO FIGHT A CASE 99% YOU WILL LOSE THE CASE. He doesn't think about his clients he thinks about the money he is gonna make.

Complete and utter waste of money. Please, I implore you to not put all your eggs into his basket. ## HORRIBLE LAWYER

Robert Banks is not a good lawyer. He gets "facts" screwed up and starts everything off with the wrong point. He told me the exact opposite of what happened in the court room. I understand lawyers will tell you what you want to hear due to them getting paid anyway, but he was far from right. He screwed me over so bad. He showed up late and made me look even worse. Every time he opened his mouth, I just wanted to tell him to shut it. I was embarrasssed to have him as my lawyer. I would not recommend him or hire him again. I would rather defend myself than have him "try"

A first class person and an outstanding attorney. Mr.Banks provided super fast service and the results he promised. I would recommend him very highly to friends and family.
