going into my dui case being so young i was nervous. it was in a different county than beaver and they are known to be more strict. bart mentioned that my case had prejudice but the judge may not agree with that. when in the court room, bart asked all the right questions and said everything and more to defend me and in the end we ended up winning the case because of prejudice and the case was dismissed. i cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me. not only did he get my case dismissed but he is a very personable man and i was able to talk to him about anything with no issues. the best lawyer.

Bart was extremely understanding of my situation. He was able to take something that was going to be life-altering in a negative way and bring me through The other side with as little damage as possible. Being extremely detailed oriented is definitely his strong suit. He never left me in the dark once and always kept me well informed throughout the entire process. It was a stupid situation and he saw that, he was able to change the entire viewpoint of the courts in order to get me a great deal.
