I was never a client. I was the driver for a client of yours, and never came into the office. I gave 3 stars because the place looks so nice on the outside. However, the client of yours that I drove there was very satisfied with your services. 3 to 6 Mike.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This law firm, particularly Stephanie Kramer, are not to be trusted. I stand by my assertion that this company and attorney cannot be trusted. It is true they purchased used office furniture from me. There was absolutely NO misunderstanding other than this firm refused to pay for the furniture! It took repeated requests for me to receive payment after months of no response. I received a request to NEVER contact this firm again and never received a message asking about other outstanding issues. The only message I have received was a request to remove this review to which I did not respond. Here is the body of the email request with nothing deleted: Mr Cenk: You have received your payment. Please remove all public postings. Respectfully, Stephanie Kramer So please consider that within this firms response to my review they once again fail to tell the truth. There was NO request about outstanding issues but I'm certain once again it will be attributed to a "misunderstanding" on my part. Receiving payment after months of ignoring me does not change the fact that this firm can't be trusted. Once Attorney Kramer finally did call me she proceeded to hang up on me because I had the audacity to stand up for myself, later stating that I was rude to her when in fact it was her that was being rude. I also have an email from this attorney making false allegations and claims to which I offered to settle this in front of any judge and/or arbitrator of their choosing to no avail. I was only paid after posting this negative review and promising that I would use my substantial social media presence to write additional negative reviews. I was literally out of options. It is unfortunate that I had to write this review. This firm may value and respect their clients but they didn't value and respect me and therefore they received a truthful and fair review. Their potential clients should just consider this prior to making the choice of using their services. Please, just stand by your promise, in writing, to never contact me again. I have attempted to do the same but once again this firm has failed to live up to their promise. So the question remains, can this firm be trusted? I have been given NO indication that they can. Thank you.

Reasonable fees

I hired Michelle to help with a case in obtaining a title. She answered every email and phone call timely and kept me updated...giving great advice along the way. But the best thing about dealing with Michelle was her tenacity. She stayed on my case and fought for me which is exactly what you hire an attorney to do but sometimes do not always get. Even when I thought we had come to the end of the road and she had done all she could do, Michelle surprised me with a phone call with another option that, in the end, was able to get my case resolved. I couldn't believe that when I thought it was over, she was actually still thinking of me and still fighting for me. I would definitely hire Michelle again and recommend her highly for anything you may need. She's one of the best.

Michelle helped our family in a time of need with professionalism, solid legal facts and provided the tools we needed for our case. Thank you Michelle!
