I highly recommend Bill as a Patent Attorney, he has been especially helpful for preparing and submitting a filing for me as a new inventor.

Bill Lang had a patent search for my patent idea completed before I applied for the patent. After a return showed that it might be possible to obtain the patent. Bill Lang took my idea and placed it in legal speech that the patent office uses. Without his help in that are I would not have been able to submit my claim. We were successful in winning the patent. He had also assisted in helping me apply for Trademarks for the company and keep impeccable records of dates. Dates needed to renew the trademarks as a prototype takes longer to build than anticipated. Without these reminders I might have lost the trademark. He has also been instrumental in helping with contracts with outside companies to do work with my company to bring that patent idea to life. I would highly recommend him. Lastly as I have struggled financially to bring my patent idea to life he has been understanding in some late payments. This allowed me to continue to pursue this venture. I plan to keep him on as my attorney after I kickstart. You could not have a better Attorney to represent you.
