After experiencing an extremely traumatic effect in my family, the situation was made so much worse hiring Manchester and Associates to represent and protect my son. Brian Manchester was dishonest and misrepresented his intent and ability to help my son. My son was charged extremely excessive fees then passed off to Ian Hausner. Who was incompetent and neglectful. Issues with lack of communication and was paid for representation until trial but back out having to be replaced by a new lawyer. Will not return calls or emails from new lawyer needing files and discovery pertaining to son's case. All fees should be refunded.
