Like so many people, Covid found me home for the first time in decades. I filed for unemployment and was awarded benefits. Having never filed for unemployment before the pandemic, I was completely overwhelmed and lost when the benefits I had already received were denied a year later! Patrick and his team worked with me throughout the entire process. If I sent an email or placed a call, I got a response the same day - if not within 24 hours. The level of anxiety I had regarding this situation (I am not a person that's had any legal dealings in my life) was astronomical. Patrick made sense of the entire situation for me. He broke it down so I fully understood everything from the paperwork to the hearing and even to anticipated decisions. I went into our hearing knowing exactly what to expect. Patrick prepared me better than I could have expected and was quick to reach out to me when the referee's decision was returned (and in my favor!!!) The lady on the phone gave me a phone call in less than an hour after I requested help. She was very nice and extremely responsive. I pursued legal advice and she went straight to the point without wasting my time. I got my answer in a matter of 5 minutes while on the phone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
