I worked with James Patrick Griffin at Karpf, Karpf, & Cerutti, P.C. to resolve my unemployment case. He approached my case carefully, strategically, and took the time to truly understand all of the nuances of my situation. When I had doubts or was confused about legal terminology and processes, he took the time to patiently explain in terms I could understand. He answered all of my questions willingly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. After feeling confident and prepared, I won my case! It was truly a pleasure working with Mr. Griffin, and I couldn’t recommend him more. Five stars plus!

After filing a claim with the EEOC office in my home state, the case was eventually moved to the EEOC office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. My case was very complicated due to jurisdiction and multiple companies being involved with the claim. I was forced to find an out of state attorney to guide me through the challenges of my case and the EEOC process. I contacted several attorneys in the Philadelphia area. I knew immediately when I spoke to Katie Beatty at Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti, P.C. that she was the attorney that I wanted to partner with to guide me through the horrible and difficult situation with my employer. Katie was knowledgeable about the law and patient with all of my questions and insecurities during the entire process. Katie is professional, honest and explains everything in a way that you can understand. Not once did Katie ever make me feel like a burden. I always knew when I talked to Katie about my case that I would get all of the answers I was seeking which eased my mind to be able to deal with the entire stressful situation. Katie patiently guided me through the EEOC mediation to the best possible resolution/outcome for my situation. There is no other attorney that I would have wanted to go through the EEOC process with. My experience with this firm was wonderful! My lawyer was Julia Clark and she is amazing. I had a difficult case, but Julia was excellent. She was professional, punctual, and very hard working. I always felt comfortable and trusted her completely. Julia reassured me when I was nervous and prepped me so well for trial. She answered all my millions of questions, always putting me at ease. Patrick Griffin was very professional, made me feel comfortable with communicate via telephone and email when I needed to know something or just when he wanted to make sure I knew what was going on, I was fighting UC benefits and had appeals and I can honestly say Mr. Patrick was on point, very organized, spoke professional and was an out of the box thinker trust me if you having a issue this the man you want to contact without any hesitation, when I tell you today I received my appeal decisions in the mail and I was confused and unaware of the decision I contacted Patrick and he explained everything, Words could not even describe how I feel finding out HE WON MY CASE.
