I had the pleasure of working with Katie Beatty. She was informed, impartial and clear on the process we were about to embark on. Despite how nerve racking this whole experience was for me and my hysterical outbursts of fear, she remained calm, did not assure me of anything she had no control over, which although was not the most comforting I appreciated more because it was factual, and walked me carefully through all the steps of this proces. She didn't promise me anything she couldn't deliver but was compassionate with me and my situation through it all.
