So long as you pay him, Andrew Swain will violate even the most basic of ethics to protect and assist the worst our society has to offer...and he'll still fail to protect his clients' confidentiality! I will say he knows his stuff and has experience. Some clients need that above all else. But there are many lawyers who fit that bill. I was tired of a long-drawn out case and went to him on a referral. After a while I felt he didn't believe in me as a client and didn't fight for me like I deserved but I had no energy to go anywhere else. He doesn't hide his personal feelings about people well, since he had rather condescending opinions of me and voiced them easily. Think hard if this is really what you want to deal with.

Mr Swain answers all of my questions personally and quickly . He helps me step by step and informs why the steps are legally necessary. He is kind and knowledgeable as my case is difficult and rare involving a physical injury resulting from product usage in a different state.
