When I contacted Joe about filing for Bankruptcy I was upset and scared but he was understanding and very easy to talk too. He even stayed late to wait for me come in for a free consultion and then took the time to explained everything to me so I could understand how the process worked. I found him to be very trustworthy and honest and down to earth.

I would most definatly recommend S Joseph Litvak to anyone needing a great bankruptcy lawyer!!

Mr. Litvak was very courteous and sympathetic towards my problem. On my free consultation, he acted like I was already a paying client, giving me information on my best course of action. I was nervous and he helped calm my fears. Even though it turned out I didn't need his services, he was very professional and gracious. I would definitely recommend Mr. Litvak for your legal needs.

Mr. Litvak consulted me regarding the legal issues of family reunification in the USA. The lawyer provided me with meaningful advice and suggestions on the steps in the process that I should follow. The immigration case has been open, so I am looking forwards to its successful completion.
