I have worked with Dan in various areas of my business, including work contracts, employee matters, and some personal affairs. Dan has always been kind and very available to my questions. I highly recommend his practice and his friendly staff!

I hired his guy on a domestic matter. He agreed to carry out certain things and did not do them. He was rude and condescending. I felt I had thrown my money away. Then he sent me a bill for more money. He had inflated his fees by conjuring up 3 more hours of things he supposedly did. When I refused to pay, he took me to his corrupt buddy local judge and got a judgement against me.

Extremely bad experience with this guy. It's like I just threw the money down the toilet and now he's trying to get MORE money out of me. Plus he was condescending and misogynistic. He did not do the things he agreed to do, was in breach of contract, charged me more money, then sued me because I wouldn't pay his inflated bill. His golf buddy magistrate of course found in his favor. Men, lawyers, judges all stick together. I lost $12,000 because of him and he wants more money!!!!! Good luck with that!

I unfortunately hired this guy who caved into the other side, didn't stand up for me. I don't want to give too many details, but, he screwed it up royally for me and is now harassing me for more money, that I don't owe him.

Dan Flynn (Michael D. Flynn and Associates - Bethel Park, PA) served as the attorney for my deceased father's estate. The estate was modest and insolvent. However, this did not result in lessening the burden to satisfy the immense requirements for administration, tax filings, audits, etc. (In fact, because of claims exceeding the value of the estate, it probably increased the requirements.) Mr. Flynn provided untiring and dedicated services just as if we (my sister and I) were wealthy clients. The estate value did not deter him in-the-least or reduce his sense-of-duty . His percentage fee structure (of the estate value – again modest) was very reasonable and clearly understood at the start to cover all requirements: those that were specifically known and anticipated and the inevitable ones that were unforecasted. He never ‘nickel-and-dimed’ us with add-on charges for those requirements that were unforeseen. His guidance was always clear and candid. His dedicated efforts and expertise were invaluable in guiding the complex and protracted actions necessary to settle the estate and were a tremendous comfort to my sister and me. Dan is trustworthy professional and he will be a strong advocate for you. He will ensure your case is handled accordingly to maximize your interests, but he will also candidly let you know when your expectations exceed what is acceptable. His efforts honored my beloved father.
