I had 2 prior divorce lawyers over 7 years of a terrible and stressful divorce. The opposing attorney Was using delays and dozens of court appearances as a way to harrass me while making false accusations on a monthly basis and making me miss excessive amounts of work. They did this because I am a physician and they knew it would cause a lot of hardship in my practice. They tried to pressure me into signing over our marital home to my ex to secure a divorce. I found Mr. Trovato and in a matter of months he got the divorce decree which now allows me to live my life in peace with my new family and 2 yound children. He was extremely well prepared when we had to appear for a 3 hour trial and we won . The opposing attorney was extremely well connected and seemed to get whatever she wanted in the courthouse. Every other lawyer I had seemed to defer to whatever this attorney wanted until Mr. Trovato took us to trial successfully. He is a gem and I highly recommend him.

7 years I've struggled with outcome of a child custody case in which Garrett Benner was my attorney. The first time I met him in his office my mother and I noticed a pictured of him shaking hands with Bill Clinton. (Should've notice the red flag from that moment) which my mother thought was cool and worthy of his services. Mr. Benner was happy to take our money and made it seem like he'd definitely fight for me, and help me with my custody case. Granted things rarely go good for a father in family court. But nonetheless I hoped that I'd get what I was seeking which was custody of my kids. The day of court was coming upon us. After my initial meeting with Mr. Benner i never spoke to him until the day of the hearing. I had no idea what to do what to say, I left the custody arrangement entirely in the hands of "my lawyer" (my mistake). To skip the details and get to the point. Mr. Benner didn't do a damn thing for me. He stood quiet most of the hearing, he stood by as the magistrate talk disrespectful towards me, aloud my ex wife to get whatever she asked for, let her lawyer do almost all the talking and negotiating. And when I got fed up of it realizing that I wasted so much money on him, I tried speaking and was immediately shut down by the magistrate. I lost so much that day. The ripple effect of what happen 7 years ago is still painful till this day. I was thinking about it today and realized I never confronted him because what's the point. Well I'm here to warn you now. Maybe it depends on how deep your pockets are, the color of your skin, the mood he's in, the things that may benefit him, or depending on what kind of case he's actually good at, will determine how hard he'll work for you. But he was by far the worst encounter/experience I've had with a lawyer. If 0 stars were available I'd give him a negative.

Frank is amazing!! Out of State case , PFA , he focused on the facts and got the case dismissed!!!!!!! And he looks great in a suit !!! Frank is the man .

I have had Frank since 2020 as my representative and he doesn't back down from a fight. He is very direct on what he needs and isn't afraid to let you know that. This man has helped me maintain physical custody of my son. Through ups and downs I have been in with the custody agreement. He is willing to look in the analytical stand point and his ability to see what we need to do to win is impeccable. Paul Bender got my fiancé out of prison after he was falsely accused of assault on an officer in Easton Pa. The video evidence proved he was innocent on that charge. Thank God my son got to be with his father and the news paper article was not true and all true comes to the light! Paul was a shark and truly an amazing attorney. We will never forget what he’s done for my family.

Attorney Trovato has been helpful since our consultation in March. He helped my children and I legally leave PA to NH to leave a toxic situation. He was thorough, communicated constantly with me, and answered all my legal questions and concerns. We had an extra step to add to my legal proceedings and he graciously helped us through it all. To say I would have been able to do this alone, is a lie and I was blessed to find someone willing to listen to my ventings about empty threats I was receiving from the other party. Thank you Frank for all you have done and continue to do! I will be referring all my friends and acquaintances to him for family court issues. You can not go wrong.

Frank J. Trovato was an amazing lawyer. He really helped me out in a desperate time in my life. My daughters mother was trying to take my rights away and move away with my daughter. But when I hired Frank , he did is lawyer magic. And not only did he stop her from moving away but I was granted primary custody. Not only that but he is truly a good man and does the right thing. I can't thank him enough . That man really saved me. So I highly suggest you hire him.
