I hired Leo not knowing where or who to turn to, with a feeling that I had a lot at stake and so much to lose, namely my precious, and, at the time, “in tact family,” which I had valued and worked so hard to keep together after 22 years of marriage and being an at home mother. Leo, from the start, was very transparent, and upfront during the initial consultation. He stated that he did not believe in over charging for unnecessary letters, phone calls, and that is exactly how matters were handled, very effectively and efficiently. Leo displayed integrity by not involving the children in the child custody battle, yet true empathy and concern for me as a mother and the well being of the my kids. He dotted every i and crossed every t and was always prepared and planned with the ongoing legal battle that ensued throughout the divorce process. He was aggressive with the opposing party when he needed to be and let the minute details go; he knew which battles were important and which ones to pick. And because of this, I am in a much better place than I ever imagined personally and financially. Leo listened to what I wanted and was able to produce the very outcome I was hoping for through his hard work, commitment, and dedication. He offered moral support, understanding, and expected respect for himself and “the process,” which he truly deserves. I could not have asked for a better lawyer, and especially during one of the most painstaking processes painful times in my life. I would recommend Leo to anyone looking for a highly professional and more than competent lawyer.

I had a real estate issue that originated from a closing on a house that was very rare that many people never saw before. He was so helpful explaining terms and documents and made me feel calm about my situation in the consultation. Then throughout my process he helped me with each step and was great at communicating. He really took the stress away and made it a very easy process. The issue is now resolved and I can put it behind me thanks to Zach.

Leo Howell is honestly the best lawyer I have had in Pennsylvania. He made the unthinkable happen. He got he better than the best case scenario to happen. He is beyond educated at what he does. He has an amazing repport with many important people in the Lehigh and North Hampton area making the things he can offer much more likely. He is straight forward and extremely trust worthy. He is also extremely organized and always on his A game. Leo Howell will never leave you hanging. I was always able to keep in constant contact with him. I would also like to say his prices especially for the miracles he pulls off are absolutely amazing, I have dealt with lawyers in the past that charged ridiculous amounts of money and did not even come close to achieving the goals we had laid out. Not only is he so reasonably priced because of my bad experience with a lawyer before him I had doubts in the beginning but he was so confident he said " If you feel you can get better representation some where else I will gladly give back your money to do so " I had never heard a lawyer say that before and I knew its because he's not all about money and he is that good at what he does. The end results were so perfect I could not have been more happy that I stuck with him and I highly recommend him. I am writing this review on 06/11/2020. I hired Zach because I desperately needed an attorney for a problem I was having with my corrupt landlord. I found him through a google search and based off of the reviews, that is why I chose him. I started to regret that shortly after. Overall his intentions kinda meant well but I didn't take all of his actions as such. A few things I had a problem with was communication. He went on vacation and I was not informed by him or his secretary. He made decisions to the plaintiffs attorney without telling me until I asked if anything new happened. I was in the military and communication is a big thing to me. The other thing would be professionalism. I had a immediate family member go to his office to drop off documents and money orders and the secretary had no idea who and what was going on. My name and information for some reason was never logged. I was told by relative that one of the attorneys was wearing bagging clothing and it was a Friday so she left with everything she came with because she felt uncomfortable leaving money orders and documents at a business that wasn't acting like they should. I have only talked to Zack on the phone and I never met him in person even after my case was discontinued. So I had no idea what he really looked and my relative described the attorney with the baggy clothing as well as some facial features but I didn't know since I never met him. It was about 40 minutes one way from my home and same with my relative who went there for nothing. We were not happy about wasting our time and gasoline for our vehicles. I found out since I was at work and asked if I could drop it off the same day since time was of the essence. He said they were closing early and are having a party. (This was in December 2019) I immediately thought that I am a paying customer and someone that is in distress as well as a time crunch and you rather have a party instead. I immediately felt disrespected. The last thing I would have to mention would be common sense. I say that because I didn't understand how he thought certain things were okay to do. For example, he sent me a document via email that was signed by the plaintiff and was given to me via email. It was completely illegible. That wasn't Zachs fault but I did blame him for not inquiring why it was sent to me like that. If I was an attorney I would question that immediately before sending it to my client. The last thing I have to mention is defending the other attorney that works for the plaintiff. There was a few things that Zach defended him on and I can't remember all of them expect one on the top of my head. It goes back to that illegible paper through email. Zach said it is like that because of COVID-19 and people don't have access to a scanner at home. I was dumb founded with that response. I said that this unacceptable and that I need another copy. I also said that I can scan documents with my smart phone through an app so that is not a good excuse. I have had an attorney in the past and I personally know a few from my time in the ARMY. I have never seen a law firm conduct a business like this. So between communication and the disrespect I personally did not enjoy my experience at The Law Office of Zachary Zawarski.

Attorney Leo Howell was able to get my charge changed from a 1543B to a 1511. I was looking at a year license suspension and jail time. He was able to work out a deal for just a citation. Case paid and closed. He is excellent to deal with and very easy to communicate with! Highly recommended!!!
