Staff knowledge of family law, would recommend to anyone.

You are billed for every little phone call or email. Lots of the times the phone calls and emails are duplicated because she is so busy she can’t remember whether she sent an email or not. The billing is ridiculous. You will spend thousands of dollars on emails and phone calls with no results. After spending over $10,000 and having nothing situated with my divorce I had to part ways.

Professional and optimistic.

I used Linda Shay Gardner Law Firm last year. I was immediately struck by her grasp of the issues, the depth of her knowledge and her wise counsel. Having advised me of my options I took her advice and the incredibly complicated matter she handled (with great discretion and compassion) was successful. A year later the resolution has proven workable, remains acceptable and I could not praise her more for her professionalism. Her ability to show compassion, while remaining aloof from the emotional aspects so she could do her job, was skillful and it gained my respect. God forbid I ever need another lawyer - but if I did - she would be my first stop. She really is what is best about the legal profession.

I had the best experience with Linda as my representative lawyer in the case of my kids abduction by their father from Israel to the United states. I thought that I will never see my kids back ever again, but hiring Linda was the best decision I could have ever made for the sake of my kids and my own future. I will reccomand to anyone hiring Linda, not only her but her whole team are all very kind and professional people. I could go on and on about how responsive,patient and understanding she was. If it wasn't for her cunsolting me in this case i could have easily still not have been able to see my kids or be able to hold them in my arms, like now. I will thank this place for the rest of my life. Truly.
