Long story short, I spoke with a few lawyers before coming across Ms. Kozak. After explaining a long tiring story, she did not miss beat and said this would be the plan! She is extremely kind and understanding, knowledgeable, compassionate and fights for what it right and in our case, what’s best for our children! Her team was and still are on top of things! She prepared us beyond and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way!

After 17 years of paying our mortgage on time, the company we were using, GMAC, sold our mortgage to Ocwen LLC. They were deceitful in their business and began harassing us. Within 2 weeks we received notification with clear and certain terms and have not had any issues since she intervened. Happily, we are still in our home and everything is well.
