If I could give this place a negative 5 star I definitely would!!!!! I've tried calling this place since 9 am and no answer, phone don't work, no receptionist, no answering machine. When I got home I just now got my letter to attend on the day I was suppose to be there. So when I called, again, and finally got a hold of someone they made it out to be my fault and then a joke on top of that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! It's not my fault the women that work here can't do their job correctly or even be there on time. For all this hassle I should have just went on my own and actually do what needed to be done. terrible terrible people!!!!

Absolutely worthless. Complete waste of time. Rude, obnoxious phone operators with an unparalleled arrogance.
