Having to deal with some potential legal issues, called this gentleman for for some advice after several attempts to speak to an attorney. I got a hold of him right away and he was more than helpful. Would definitely recommend giving him a call if you have any problems and need help

Mr. David Bifulco was very helpful and informative about the Landlord and Tenant laws in which my landlord is looking to increase rent in the middle of our "yearly" newal lease. I will retain his services due to my landlord not understanding I am not in agreeance with the increase in the middle of a lease and not providing a 60 day notification.
