Jason Costanzo is awesome! My husband and I had talked about getting our wills made for many years. In addition to its being a daunting task, we could not seem to find anyone acceptable. Over the years, we would check out a recommendation or research on-line, never really happy with the results. Finally, we found ARM Lawyers and Jason on an on-line search. It was easy to make an appointment and when we met, he made us feel very comfortable. Jason is a wonderful family man, very personable, upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, impartial and non-judgmental. He explained everything in detail, giving many examples, so we understood completely, without using legal terms. He was definitely worth the wait. Filed for bankruptcy and within 45 days I had my hearing and within 60 days I was discharged. Today is my discharge day couldn't be happier and I've dealt with a lot of different firms. Hannah, Ashley and Pete were the best… No pun intended. Hanna always return my call or email usually pick the phone right up. Minimal contact only if I had a question or an email which was answered immediately. Wonderful experience definitely a topic with my friends and referring them to family and friends. So relieved it's over.

It took 7 months from start to finish. As hair raising and frustrating this ordeal can be the lawyer I dealt with made the process so much easier. To begin with Attorney Goldberg spoke with me for over an hour for our very first meeting putting me at ease and taking the time to explain the procedure. I immediately took him on as my attorney, and then he explained everything again to make sure I absolutely understood what was going to happen. He sent me a booklet explaining the workman’s comp laws. Because who knows these things if one has never gone through this. I then got a call from his legal secretary Joan Uzzolino,with whom I spent countless hours talking her ear off with questions and doubts. She made me feel very comfortable in a no question is stupid type of way. It is all over now. Attorney Goldberg made sure I got the best settlement possible. I was able to walk away with a nice chunk after the medical bills and his % was covered. I am very grateful for all their help. I would never wish an injury on anyone. But if you do give them a call.

We are so grateful for the stellar service provided to us throughout our 3yr Chapter 13 bankruptcy with Patrick Best Esq. We were kept informed of each step. Emails answered promptly. I would highly recommend them. Being people of color it is difficult to find someone to trust in advising you of your best interest and not their own. Attorney Best and staff made us feel valued going through a what initially felt like a demoralizing & shameful process. We were treated with dignity & respect. The credit repair service did a fantastic job as well in rebuilding us.

When I first hired Attorney Masington, we got off to a rough start, I was going through a lot and under immense stress (aren't we all when we hire attorneys?). Regardless, once we got our grove we never looked back. It's worth noting that he and his staff were able to manage the dynamics of my very Jewish mother hovering over everything and being in the mix! He has come through for me on several occasions. I have kept him on retainer because my daughters father is unpredictable and consistently makes terrible decisions. Each time I have needed him to intervene he has done so expeditiously. Nick and his office staff are incredibly responsive and he will typically respond to an email BEFORE his staff does. Having experience with another local family law attorney who does none of these things makes me very grateful for Attorney Masington and his team.
