The positive reviews are a sham. Hired this firm for Giarimetta and he gave case to Richard but said he would help him. He didn’t! That’ was the first lie and more followed. Richard took 2k for a Preliminary Hearing then avoided discussing the case and played sick just to do such. Came to Court and deceived the court and my family into believing he visited me just before the hearing. Ultimately I hired a new firm and got better results. Maybe this firm is only good for local cases because I was in Philadelphia. In Philly you have to have a respected, experienced and recognized lawyer, they just bullied Richard and he didn’t fight back. So yeah, bad services out of town. I believe he gave up knowing that and jus took the money out of greed..

Regardless of the conversation I am having with Mr. Leeson, I always come away more knowledgeable and prepared to move towards a successful outcome. I genuinely appreciate that about my interactions with him. Also, on the occassions that our discussions require some work or work product, the results are always expiditiously delivered, high-quality, and reasonably priced.

Richard Roberts is an outstanding professional. He doesn’t over promise but does over deliver. He’s a transparent representative. I’d recommend him 10 times out of 10. His accolades are earned and well deserved.

I don’t even know we’re to start but between attorney Roberts and his paralegal miss.rose. The only way I can describe them is that they are the dream team. Attorney Roberts knows more about the laws then most court Rooms do. Richard Roberts, I want to personally thank you for sticking by me thru this long 2.5 yr battle I’ve had with Children And Youth Services in York county. As we seen they violated my rights over and over with no regard to the law or my family. We fought and went all the way to the Supreme Court of appeals and just three days ago won that appeal! It’s very rare that you win at this level and without Rick’s dedication and compassion for my case I probably wouldn’t of made it to this level in one piece. He took my calls no matter the hour and sat and listened to me vent about without cutting me off or being rude. I haven’t been the easiest to deal with with the emotional highs and lows. He even checked up on me after the devastating hearing that made the appeal possible. He called and even had rose call until he reached me and they knew that I was okay. I will never forget that. Mr. Joesph was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Answered all my questions and was easy to contact and replied to all my questions in timely competent manner.
