After the first few phone calls with Zach and after he answered all of my questions, I had a good gut feeling. I hired him and immediately he started working. I was unsure after a few weeks but when it came down to making the deal Zach got charges dropped and mitigated way better than we where expecting. Great guy and he a total killer when it comes to negotiating!
