My husband and I were at ours wits end with a debt relief program that we were not happy with. We decided to call Mr. Scarafone to discuss our problems. He listened attentively (and we can talk) and told us our options. We decided to file for bankruptcy and were not displeased, Al walked us through the whole process and discussed the paperwork to a tee. We highly recommend this firm.

AL was very compassionate, understanding, non-judgmental. He educated me and explained in detail everything, every step of the way. Although it was under not the best circumstances, I actually enjoyed talking to him. Hopefully I wont need his services ever again, but if I do, I know who to turn to. I highly recommend him if you are thinking of filing for bankruptcy. He will give you options and advise you in what he feels is the best way to go based on your individual situation.

We filed for bankruptcy twice. Al represented my wife Cathy and I in both filings. We just got notice that our latest filing was just discharged.
