Harvey helped my husband and I with the settlement of our first home. Being younger, we appreciated him taking the time to explain all that we were expected to sign. He didn't just point and say "trust me". He educated us on what was being expected of us. We DID and DO trust Harvey, yet it was nice to be treated with such respect.
