I have been working with Ed and his team the last few months regarding my DUI. They have been so great to deal with and have made the process so much more manageable. We hit some hiccups in the ARD process and Michelle and Ed did everything they could to straighten everything out. In the end they did what needed to be done in order to get ARD and I highly recommend them

I was looking at 90 days in jail with 5 years of parole. Ed got me 72 hours in jail and 6 months parole. He may be more expensive up front, but he saved me hundreds of dollar on the back end. His fees were less than what I would paid in fines and court costs. Not to mention, he allowed me to get over this hump quickly and get my life back on track.

Mr. Guyer is the go-to lawyer for all of your speeding/traffic needs. He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly and effectively. I have used him several times (car accident, tickets, license suspension) and always send over my family and friends if they're in need of legal help. Earlier this year, I got a bit too cocky with my slightly modified car and decided to take advantage of light traffic conditions on one of the major highways in lower Southeast PA in an attempt to make it home early from work to surprise my fiance. Well, that didn't last long and before I knew it, I was pulled over and ticketed with a hefty fine and likely guaranteed points and a license suspension if I plead guilty because of the speed. The license suspension was a large concern as I have a clean record and dealing with a license suspension would be a problem with my job. I contacted Ed Guyer right away based on reviews I read and he did not hesitate to even get back to me on a holiday weekend! I came in for a consultation and it was an easy, simple process to handle the ticket. Once my court date came, Ed was able to work out a deal with the court without even the need to see a judge. The deal was a lower fine, 0 points leaving my driving record still spotless, and no suspension!!!! Outstanding given the ticket I had and I even had a refund from the difference in the lower fine within 4 business days! If you have any doubts on a defense regarding a speeding ticket, don't hesitate to give Ed's a call. He has the right connections and knowledge to save you time and headaches you don't want to experience with Penndot or the courts, which from my experience as a certified Paralegal is more valuable than trying to mount a defense alone yourself. in august of this year i was driving to work and pulled over for being on the phone and speeding. of course i did not have a licence due to 3 dui's. i was cited for wreckless driving, driving on a dui suspended licence and speeding 21 over. i contacted believe it or not a cop friend of mine and he recomended ed to handle this issue. thank god i did. speeding down to 5 over and no points. driving on a suspended lic gone, no added suspension, no parol and no jail time. i can't thank ed enough for what he did for me and my family.

My DUI was January 30. I was referred by a friend of mine. I had a couple people over Friday night, and we did a lot of drinking. I stopped drinking around 2 o'clock in the morning and I got into an accident at 7:30 in the morning trying to take someone home. I was exhausted and made a bad decision to take them home as on my way home I caused an accident and was charged with a DUI. My BAC was well over the limit at this point.I thank God that no one was hurt. It was a bad situation and I gotten touch with Ed and we work through this. I was tier 3, with an accident involved which meant I was pretty much guaranteed to lose my license for at least two months and do 72 straight hours in jail with 12 months probation. I did everything I had to do as far as going to classes, community service making sure everything was paid for etc. And Ed and Michelle were very supportive and did a wonderful job. With Ed and Michelle's help I did not lose my license, there is no jail time, and they got the probation cut down from 12 months to six. I almost cried when he told me the good news I would definitely recommend Ed Guyer Dui Laywer's and his wonderful assistant Michelle!

I hired Ed for a DUI charge back in 2000, on the recommendation of a friend, and Mr. Guyer helped me with obtaining ARD. I received a second charge around 2003, for which I had another lawyer represent me (bad decision) and the results were not so good. Fast forward to November 2015 and I get popped for another DUI. I didn't hesitate and immediately went to see Ed Guyer. Even with the "10 year look back" period between my second and third charges, I was still being considered a repeat offender in the court's eyes and I was terrified. The DA was seeking 48 hours to 6 months in jail and a major fine with a lengthy probation. With Ed Guyer on my side I received NO jail time, a DRASTICALLY reduced fine, and only 6 months probation. He even offered to help me get my license back on track when I receive any notification from PennDOT. Ed and his assistant Michelle are wonderful. They're always there to answer any questions you may have, and will get back to you very promptly if you need to leave a message. I would highly recommend Ed Guyer to anyone!!!!!!

Having dealt with a few other lawyers in the past, Ed Guyer and his assistant Michelle were by far the best. A very professional, diligent and dependable law firm. I was looking at a 90 day sentence and wound up with only having to serve a few weekends with the remainder of my sentence on house arrest. I cant thank him enough. I highly recommend Ed for anyone facing a criminal case.

Great lawyer, I was charged with Dui 2nd offense along with possession of marijuana. Originally i was looking at 90 days in jail, but got it reduced to only 30 days, with weekends only, and got rid of the possession charge. i Highly recommend him.

Unfortunately, I made some poor decisions and ended up with a third DUI charge in addition to wreckless driving, careless driving and several other related charges in the summer of 2015. Mr. Guyer successful fought to have everything thrown out and I was only convicted of the DUI. Although I was convicted of a third DUI in the same county, Mr. Guyer saw to it that I never spent one second inside of a jail cell. That alone is more than enough reason to hire Mr. Guyer as your defense attorney. I hesitate to use the word miracle, but I'm still thoroughly amazed that I'm not incarcerated at this very moment. If you are in need of an experienced and successful defense attorney, look no further. Mr. Guyer is your man. He was always prompt, courteous, prepared and he does exactly what he says making sure to give you a realistic perspective of your situation. Mr. Guyer's fees were very reasonable and his services were well worth every single cent!
