With this being my 2nd DUI I did tons of research of DUI attorneys and came across Zach. The one thing that grabbed my attention was that he was a former prosecutor. Don’t let other lawyers tell you that you don’t need a former prosecutor for your attorney, because their wrong. Before we even met he was defending me because I missed a court date. Without even speaking to me he got the judge to give me a new court date. Zach was always a text or phone call away, with a great response time. After my case was finished I witnessed other people with the same exact charge and circumstances receive way harsher sentences. I’m some cases, experience and your lawyer’s relationship with the court is your greatest weapon. If it’s a DUI lawyer you are in search of, you just found him, Zachary Cooper.

Zachary Cooper was a lifesaver. Having had an out of state arrest, he was able to convey everything that needed to be done correctly and in a timely manner. He always responded to texts, phone calls and emails. Mr. Cooper never made me feel insecure about asking questions and was always supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer to represent me and make me feel reassured along the way. If you have a run in with the law, in my personal opinion there is no better lawyer that has a hands on approach and cares about your outcome! Highly recommended as this man literally made the difference in the rest of my life. I can never thank him enough!

We hired Zach about two years ago to represent a family member. Since then I have recommended him for many coworkers and friends. It is an already overwhelming experience being involved with a dui and incredibly unpleasant. I have also had a few people that are close to me go through this process and have seen how they get lost in the shuffle and can barely reach there lawyers. They feel left in the dark and like they have zero control of there lives and current situation. Fortunately, Zach never made us feel that way. He is always available to talk when we had a question. He is informative but in a way that anyone can understand. More importantly, he has sympathy for people struggling with alcoholism and addiction. He encourages treatment options as opposed to jail time and is really invested in the health and stability of his clients even to the detriment of his paycheck. I can not say enough good things about Zach he has gone well beyond what I have seen any lawyer do and pulled off a miracle for my family member. We are grateful to have found him and feel confident that he is the best dui lawyer in the area bar done.

I can’t recommend Mr Cooper enough! I was charged with a DUI in a county two hours from where I live. It would have been easy for him to “go through the motions” with my case knowing that he was dealing with an out of towner. However, Mr Cooper was professional, attentive, and sympathetic to my situation. Anytime I called or texted him, he would respond within the hour; including a Saturday night while he was attending a family members wedding. Zach was very professional and informative from the first time I called. If you are looking for a no nonsense attorney- Zach is your man. He explained the process, the charges I faced, and the possible outcomes in great detail. I had no clue what I had gotten myself into but Zach was there every step of the way. Highly recommend for DUI services, as i am a foreigner on a visa, which made this charge more complicated. Mister Cooper supported me during my challenges with a revoked visa and was able to get me in the ARD program. Personal touch helped to overcome nervousness and stress of this situation.
