I had a difficult and complicated divorce and custody situation. Connie and her team were on top of things. Always forthcoming about what likely outcomes were, great with numbers. We ended with exactly what I asked for in the divorce and sole legal and physical custody which was in the best interest of my child.
People that say money doesn’t buy happiness, never hired a good divorce lawyer. Worth every penny.

I hired Connie to handle protect my interest in an inheritance case. She has had to deal with some difficult people and even know the case isn't settled yet, she has done a great job. I highly recommend her for any of your legal issues.

My Attorney who helped me with my past case was great but was not available due to the circumstances and timing of my case. Her very short list of recommended attorneys included Connie Merwine. Connie and her team, Maritza Fernandez and Jordan Daniel helped me help my son. I'm so thankful for Connie because she handled some details that I didn't even think of. She knows what she's doing!

I don’t wish anybody to go through a divorce but if you have to go through one you want Connie on your side. Connie was ideal for me. She is very calm, shows empathy, tries to avoid conflicts as much as possible, she has a great reputation and lots of experience. She also allowed me to handle certain tasks myself and control the outcome but also the costs. I think there are no winners in a divorce but I'm convinced that we achieved the best possible solution.
