Dan is the most honest and hard working attorney I have ever worked with. His fees are reasonable and he will put your mind at ease when things are not looking good. Really got my family out of a bad situation. Cannot thank Dan enough for his hard work, he will always be my first call.

Dan was excellent! He was quickly able to intervene with a possible lawsuit against me from a 3rd party who purchased my debt. The lawsuit was eventually dropped. I have never been through this type of problem before and was unfamiliar with the process and not sure what my options were. He assured me that he was very familiar with this type of problem. He took the time explained many of the possiblities that could have occured with my case. I felt like I had great advise and was certain that he had the expertise to bring me the most fair and positive outcome we could negotiate. He definitely put me at ease in this stressful situation. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone having difficulty with a creditor or another finacial problem. He fights for the consumer's rights and does not let the big banks take advantage of a temporary, difficult, financial problem. Dan and his staff were very professional, efficient and promptly returned all email and/or phone calls, usually within the same business day. In addition, his fees were very reasonable based on another consultation that I had. I am extremely satisfied with his work and would certainly hire him again if I ran into a similar problem
