I got sued by a credit card company. I have a severe anxiety disorder and depression. The thought of going to court was beyond scary to me. I cried of course. I called Mr. DeLiberty and got the nicest receptionist. I believe she had to put up with my tears too. Then Mr. DeLiberty called me back and calmed me down and efficiently explained everything to me in words that I didn't have to be a lawyer to understand. He went out of his way to calm me down and not only take care of my case but me as a person. I told him he was a Godsend and he laughed but I am so thankful for him and to him. My mom is having some trouble with debt and I told her right away to not be scared and call Mr. DeLiberty. His staff is so awesome and he never skipped calling me back or emailing me. If I would put my mom in his capable hands I'd gladly recommend him to you too. He also won my case!

Credit discussions can be painful & embarrassing. I was not fond of receiving solicitation, HOWEVER, I must tell the truth, and this Attorney actually speaks from knowledge and not a pat sales technique which I loath. He actually turned me away in the direction of a better suitor! He spent probably 15 full minutes and I never felt he was in any hurry whatsoever. It truly was as promised,, a free consult..
