I highly recommend the DeLiberty Law Firm. Mr. DeLiberty was able to win a tough case for me that involved multiple technicalities, which I didn't think could win on its merits. He is also responsive to inquiry and willing to give great advice. I recommend him to everyone who believes they are being treated unfairly by a creditor. This is lawyer to use.

I hired Dan for a credit card matter over 5 years ago and he settled the matter on my behalf which was great. I received a letter from some company saying they worked for wachovia and i owed $769. The debt was more than 7 years old and I only bank with the credit union. He advised me that it could be a scam and they could not sue me for debt older than 7 years. I sent them a certified cease and desist letter and threatened to seek legal council. They immediately sent me a letter saying the account was removed from the system and no further contact would be made.
