I personally never had an attorney but I will tell you, my friend has had Zunder! We needed some help recently for my nephew and she asked if he could possibly help us! Immediately he said he would help! I have never heard of an attorney working outside of office hours when he didn't have to do this to help someone that wasn't even his client to begin with! I just want to say how much I appreciate him doing this for my nephew! If I or anyone I know ever needs a great attorney...it will most definitely be Zunder! Thank you for everything you're doing for my nephew!

I have retained Zunder as an attorney a few times. He has been upright and forthcoming about the outcomes of my cases. He has told me every step of the way what I should be prepared for. He has always gotten back to me, with any questions I have had, quickly. I have called him outside of office hours and still got a quick response. And he has always been up front about any and all costs I would accrue. Is he the cheapest attorney? No, but you get what you pay for in life and he was worth every dollar spent and let’s face it, what attorney is cheap? I was referred to Zunder by multiple people in Butler county while I was searching for an attorney and I will continue to pass the name on anytime I am asked about attorneys. I have seen jewart in custody hearings and seen Zunder in criminal hearings. Both have had amazing results. I also think it’s great that Zunder and his firm give back to the community in different capacities. One of Zunder’s other clients told me in a hearing one day that Zunder gave him a ride to the courthouse because he didn’t drive. If I ever need an attorney again, Zunder is who I will be hiring. I would highly recommend this firm if you want the best possible outcome for any criminal or child custody matter.

Attorney Thurner represented me in a custody agreement with my Grandson. She was very kind, and listened to my concerns and needs. She wrote up our agreement in great detail and exactly the way I wished for it to be. She worked quickly and sternly to come to an agreement that worked the best for everyone but mostly my grandson. I was extremely happy with the staff in the office and attorney Thurner professionalism. I strongly recommend this law firm.

A great thank you to Michael Zunder for helping me with two totally different area's of the law. Michael's compassion for an elderly friend who needed legal help went above and beyond with great results. Also helped a family member with a legal matter.

Do not retain this firm. With how much it costs you think you'd be getting Zunder himself, but in reality, he will be the last person to represent you in the courtroom. Most likely it'll be a random pick of the draw from someone in The firm. Which normally I would be OK with. But when zunder mails you q concealed invoice, meaning far from itemized, once a week, always a few hundred , he Expects that Bill to be paid within the next 24 hours. If he doesn't receive a check by the next day which in the mail is impossible, Trust me he is having one of his paralegals ( If that's what they even are) call you in every phone number In your profile, Even your grandmother's If he has to. Be a Day late on payment, His next phone call will not involve anything of your court case, But any threat he can come up with that Low-key doesn't sound like a threat. He will insult your intelligence the whole time you have him retained while you are paying him Thousands a week just to be hounded about invoices, All the while never showing up to one court date. He sends a minion. Which if it were minion prices I wouldn't be in debt right now. 🚫

Had an initial consultation that costed a few hundred dollars. Unfortunately after trying to contact this office multiple times after the consultation I did not get a response, even though I was told he would accept my case. Very unprofessional.

After seeing Mr. Zunder impressively handle a felony case. I decided to utilize this law firm. 6 years of custody battles with innocent kids needed to be handled delicately and professionally..I was introduced to Ms. Nicole Thurner. It ended up being an exhausting 4 day trial. Trying to help your kids and go through an emotional custody battle I couldn’t have found a better attorney to represent 3 innocent kids. She was full of Grace, integrity, professionalism and complete dedication. I would recommend Ms. Thurner to anyone and everyone I Know. I can not thank her enough for her amazing ability to help navigate such an emotional and hard time. At all times she kept my Children’s safety needs, and emotional needs as her top priority.
