Heritage Elder Law helped our family with the application process to enroll our 78 year old sister in the LIFE Butler program. Recently widowed, we discovered that she and her husband had given away large sums of money. In spite of only her deceased husband's social security income, these past gifts caused her to be denied public assistance. Attorney Taylor and Cheryl helped us to navigate the system successfully. She is now in the LIFE program.

There is NO way it should cost $875 dollars to make a will. High way robbery. If I had know that I wouldn't have even went there. I was to have a free consultation but that never happened.

Heritage just updated all my wills and power of attorney. They did a great job. Very easy to work with and had everything completed in less than a week. Professional and straight forward. Note they do not do revocable trusts, only irrevocable trust. Will have to go to a different firm to complete my revocable trust. But I highly recommend them.
