My Mom and I have been meeting with Jeff to discuss the needs of my Grandmother. He has been extremely professional and I was amazed at his level of knowledge. He was also very patient with my Mom, who really doesn't understand a lot of this stuff. He explained things clearly and was willing to go over certain things a few times until my Mom felt comfortable that she understood all of the options that my Grandmother has. I am very thankful to Heritage and to Jeff.

Heritage Elder Law is a professional group that took the time to answer all our questions for estate planning and the importance of establishing a Irrevocable Trust. We created a trust for my mother-in-law for we were not aware that estate law's are different for a single parent. It is comforting and a relief to know that her financial future is protected. It was not possible without Heritage's guidance.
